The Fund benefits from a technical assistance facility which supports its mission and strategic direction, primarily to assist Public Partner Institutions in their project development activities to prepare valuable investments. eeef aims to achieve at least 20% primary energy savings on an annual basis (higher for building sector) and 20% reduction of CO2 equivalents for transport and renewable energy projects.
