Mission eeef’s mission is to contribute, in the form of a public private partnership (PPP) with a layered risk/return structure, to enhancing energy efficiency and fostering renewable energy within the European Union, primarily through the provi- sion of dedicated financing to municipal, local, regional or national authorities or public or private entities acting on their behalf.
