Mission The eeef’s mission is to contribute, in the form of a public private partnership (PPP) with a layered risk/return structure, to enhancing energy effi- ciency and fostering renewable energy within the European Union, primarily through the provision of dedicated financing to municipal, local, regional or national authorities or public or private entities acting on their behalf.
